OUR STORY
The Yoga Space London was founded in 2016 in heart of Woolwich, South East London by Dolores Kavanagh. We began our journey in Charlton House, then moved to Gunnery Terrace and are now based on Royal Arsenal's riverfront overlooking the Thames. Our studio serves as an antidote to the busyness of life; a tranquil, rejuvenating environment, allowing all who come to find peace, inspiration + a deeper connection with their practice. We are dedicated to creating a warm, supportive atmosphere, ensuring that every individual feels valued, understood + encouraged on their journey.
