My classes provide an excellent opportunity to connect your body and mind trough the practice of Asanas and pranayama (breathing exercises), also a place to meet and share with other people.

Describe your class style?


Considering the Hatha yoga fundamentals of Pranayama, meditation, and asanas, Hatha flow focuses on balance, strength, flexibility and breath. 


In this class, the basics of yoga will be explored including the classical poses of sun salutations, breathing exercises, cultivating strength, flexibility and balance in the mind and body ending with a relaxation using oils.
