What drew you to teaching yoga?
I was in a highly stressful and busy job as an executive assistant for directors in a city firm that kicked off my allergies as well as hyperthyroidism in a way that made me stop to reflect on my life....That was when I knew change was necessary.
What style of yoga do you teach?
I teach a mindfulness based form of yoga called Zen Yoga, in a gentle and slow way.
