What drew you to teaching yoga?
I first stepped onto a yoga mat as a child but my practice only become consistent in my early thirties. Soon after I had developed a regular routine,
I discovered the transformative power of yoga and knew that I would love to share it with other people.
What style of yoga do you teach?
I teach Vinyasa Flow, Restorative Yoga and Pre / Postnatal Yoga and I am also an Ayurvedic Yoga Massage Therapist.

Describe your class style?
My style of teaching is to use a practical and simple language to bring my point across. I mix the order up, going from functional movement in my sequences to standing still while paying attention to the breath building up a practice of being fully present, in the moment.
My pregnancy yoga sessions are designed to support the changing body as well as preparing for childbirth. Each session incorporates breathing techniques and relaxation to help the emotional and mental transition.
