What drew you to teaching yoga?


I wanted to share the benefits I gained from my own yoga practice, physical, mental and spiritual. 


What style of yoga do you teach?


I teach vinyasa, heavily influenced by Ashtanga and Jivamukti. I also love to teach flow-to-restore classes. 


Where and when did you train?


I met my teacher, Stewart Gilchrist in 2016 and completed his 200-hr TT in 2017.


Describe your class style?


I teach strong vinyasa which is open to all levels, with a focus on mind, body and breath. If you can breath, you can find an option in my class, which is taught as moving meditation
