What drew you to teaching yoga?

 

My yoga journey began 12 years ago due to personal circumstances, a demanding career contracting in Training & Development and being diagnosed with a strain of Chron’s Disease - Ulcerative Colitis. I discovered through practicing yoga my health improved exponentially keeping me in remission for longer periods. This naturally led me to deepen my practice and gain knowledge to share & practice with others by switching careers in Training in the corporate world onto a holistic level

 

What style of yoga do you teach?

I teach Vinyasa Flow, Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga, Baby Massage & Baby yoga and children’s yoga (ages 2-12) My specialism area is Prenatal & Postnatal yoga - Being a Mom myself  I feel honoured to share my passion for yoga and the transformational power of motherhood into my classes -it is my mission to bring yoga to as many pregnant women as possible, to share the amazing & plentiful benefits of yoga while providing a safe, nurturing, empowering space for all new Mums to be, Mums & little ones.

 

Where and when did you train?

200 hrs Vinyasa Yoga TT with Yoga London in 2012

I had the privilege of, while pregnant, Teacher Training in Pre & Post natal, baby Yoga & Baby Massage with Katy Appleton of Appleyoga

Children’s Yoga teacher (2-12years) with YogaBeez in 2017.

Describe your class style?

Vinyasa Flow - dynamic classes that will make me sweat & push you to find your edge, with a playful manner & a reminder to have fun & laugh at ourselves.

Pregnancy yoga classes are designed specifically for the pregnant body - they are dynamic and will help strengthen the body & Calm the mind while connecting with baby.
