What drew you to teaching yoga?
Yoga has transformed my life. Yoga has healed my physical body, my emotional body, my mental activity and my spirituality, and still does. When I realized I had found a treasure, my only desire was to share this treasure with other souls, so that together we can all shine brighter and brighter.
What style of yoga do you teach?
Vinyasa, hatha, yin, restorative, pregnancy, post-natal and mum & baby yoga.
Where and when did you train?
I took my first teacher training in 2012 with Katy Appleton in London. In 2014 i studied pregnancy & post-natal again with Katy Appleton. I keep digging deeper through various workshops, teacher trainings, self-practice and work on my Self.
Describe your class style?
My sessions can be very different depending on the style and intention I set. The focus is on the connection with our multi-layered Beings through breath awareness, anatomically safe physical movement, meditation and self-inquiry.
