The beauty of being able to guide students through finding a sense of harmony and integrity in the body and mind. Exploring how we can bring grace and ease to the interplay and exchanges of everyday life.

2017 - London - 200hour Awakening the Heart Training 

2018 - IBIZA - 40hour Seat of the Teacher training 

Zara trains with teacher Suzanne Faith Slocum-Gori and her trainings are certified by RYS Yoga Alliance

Describe your class style?

Zara’s teaching style is rooted in the Anusara practice, an exquisite form of yoga focusing on all that strikes your heart with beauty, allowing you to find your sense of self in our busy world and enabling you to cultivate positive energy for yourself and others. Emphasis is placed on alignment, opening to grace in each pose, breath and meditative practice.
