"Yoga does not start or end on your mat but is present in every breath you take."

VINYASA FLOW

A physical flow practice that uses progressive sequencing to deeply open up the body. The focus is on alignment and breath and includes variations of sun salutations. The class also includes twists, balancing poses and inversions and concludes with a long shavasana and meditation.

This class is suitable for those who have attended classes or have a good level of fitness.

HATHA

Hatha classes incorporate sun salutations and long held postures that include a strong connection to the breath. The class also includes twists, balancing poses and inversions and concludes with a long shavasana, meditation and may incorporate chanting and mantra.

This class is suitable for all levels including beginners and is a perfect introduction to yoga.

YIN YOGA

Yin Yoga is a method of yoga that incorporates more long-held passive postures designed to nourish the body by stimulating the flow of energy to the joints and connective tissue. It is a slow, mindful practice that assists in bringing more internal awareness so that the body and mind can be more open and receptive, thus allowing for a more peaceful and balanced way of being. The yin practice integrates the physical, emotional, and psychological aspects of the self in a subtle, encouraging, and nourishing manner.

This class is suitable for all levels including those who are less mobile, beginners and pregnant women.

RESTORE & SLOW

A restorative yin yoga class to balance and restore. The class includes long held stretches, breath work and meditation.

This class is suitable for all levels including those who are less mobile, beginners and pregnant women.

ASHTANGA

Astanga vinyasa is a vigorous, energising form of yoga in which you move dynamically on your breath. Expect to work hard and sweat.

The practice consists of a series of linked postures offering the

opportunity to cultivate strength, stamina and flexibility, together with awareness of your physical, emotional and mental experience on your mat. Through being present in this way over time, you begin to recalibrate mental and physical patterns, enabling you to be human in a kinder and more functional way.

This class is suitable for those who have a strong practice and a good level of fitness.

RESTORE & FLOW

A restorative Hatha class with a focus on slowing down and re-energising. The practise begins with a grounding sequence, including Yin postures to mobilise the body before transitioning into a moving flow with the breath and finishing with an extended shavasana and guided meditation..

ROCKET YOGA

Designed to get you there faster, Rocket yoga, otherwise known as the rebel of yoga because of it’s energetic pace and transitions through the sequence, takes its roots from Ashtanga. The practice links together standing, balancing, forward folds, twists, back bends and some fun and challenging inversions. A class open to all levels, expect to sweat, stretch and be challenged, building strength and flexibility. You will leave feeling like you can conquer the world.

This class is suitable for those who have a strong practice and a good level of fitness.
