**FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS – THE YOGA SPACE LONDON**

Thank you for being part of our community. Below are the answers to some of the most common questions we receive. If your query isn’t covered, feel free to contact us at hello@theyogaspacelondon.co.uk

What’s the best way to book or cancel a class?
All bookings and cancellations must be made via your online account. We do not accept cancellations by email except in the case of technical error.

For the smoothest experience, download The Yoga Space London App.

What happens if I arrive late?
Our classes begin promptly. If you arrive after the scheduled start time, you may not be permitted to enter. This is to respect the experience of other students and avoid disrupting the class. We do not have a reception area, so we cannot guarantee late entry. Please arrive at least 5–10 minutes early to get settled.

How do I find you?
Unit 1 Norton House
Duke of Wellington Avenue
SE18 6EY
We recommend using the postcode (SE18 6EY) for directions. The street name can sometimes confuse map apps.

Do you allow phone use in class?

We invite you to enjoy your class without digital distractions.

Please silence or turn off your phone before entering the studio, and store it in your bag on the designated shelf. This supports a calm, connected space for everyone. You will be asked to put your phone away by the teacher if it is around your mat.

I’m a beginner, which classes are best for me?
We recommend starting with one of the following:

Mindful Flow
Slow Flow
Yin Yoga
Restore to Flow

These classes are slower-paced, offer lots of guidance, and are beginner friendly.

Which classes are more dynamic or strong?
If you're seeking a challenge or already have a regular practice, try:

Vinyasa Flow
Dynamic Vinyasa

Power Flow

These classes include stronger, faster-paced movement and may include inversions or arm balances.

Take a look at our live timetable on the website or via the app

Are Pilates and Total Body Conditioning suitable for beginners?
Yes. All of our Pilates and Total Body Conditioning classes are designed to be accessible for beginners while offering layered options to increase intensity as you progress.

Still unsure? Come try a class and ask the teacher any questions before or after. We’re here to support you.
