PRICING & TERMS
There are many way you can experience a class at The Yoga Space London. You can purchase class passes or drop in classes via our app or by selecting the pricing options below. However if you have any questions or are unsure about which option is most suitable to you please don't hesitate to get in touch.
Our unlimited monthly membership is set to renew automatically. If you need to cancel your membership you must email us before your renewal date so that we can cancel the scheduled payment.
By Purchasing One Of Our Memberships Or Class Passes You Are Agreeing To Our Terms And Conditions Set Out Below.
STUDIO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Studio opening times: Please note, studio doors open 10 minutes before the scheduled class. We do not have staff at the studio outside of class times.
Personal belongings: The Yoga Space London cannot accept liability for any damaged, lost or stolen personal items. Please turn your mobile phones on silent and keep them with your personal belongings.
We do not allow phones on the floor space.
Please take your shoes off at the back of the room and place them in the storage area.
We provide mats for your convenience and we appreciate you cleaning them at the end of class.
Your personal information: By creating an account on theyogaspacelondon.co.uk (operated by MINDBODY) you will be asked to agree to our terms and conditions. From May 2018 you will be asked to opt in to receive marketing communication from us. For further information about how and why we collect your personal information please see below.
BOOKINGS AND CANCELLATIONS
Bookings: Bookings can be made up to 2 weeks in advance and payment has to be provided at the time of booking. Due to the intimate nature of our studio drop in spaces are limited and priority will be given to students who book online. If you are having issues with booking online please let us know and we can book a class for you.
Cancellations: We operate a strict 3-hour cancellation policy for all our classes.
Early cancellations: All cancellations before the cancellation window should be made via our website or app; if you paid by class pass or drop in, your class will be credited back to your account. It is the students responsibility to cancel their class.
Late cancellations: Cancellations within the 3-hour window need to be made by email to - please note that unless your place can be filled from the waiting list your booking will not be credited back to your account or refunded.
No shows: If you are on a class pass your account will be debited if you fail to show up for a booked class. If you are on an unlimited membership or unlimited trial pass and you late cancel or no-show 3 times in the period of one month, your ability to book online will be suspended for a month and you will need to email us directly to book your space.
Late arrivals: Late arrivals will usually not be allowed entry in to the class but will still be charged. Your safety and wellbeing are paramount and missing the start of class means that you will miss warming up. Please note that the doors to the main building shut promptly at the start of class.
Cancellation of Workshops: When cancelling a workshop, we can only provide a full refund or transfer to an alternative event for cancellations made up to 3 days before the event date. Cancellations after that date can only be refunded if your place can be filled from the waiting list.
MEMBERSHIPS AND CLASS PASSES:
Memberships: For monthly memberships month-to-month payments for the membership will be automatically charged to a credit card at the day of purchasing the membership. The membership can be cancelled at any time by emailing email@example.com. Please note, cancellations cannot be backdated and we cannot refund payments if a contract is terminated after a monthly payment has been taken. The Yoga Space London will provide one calendar month notice for any pricing adjustments.
Pausing Memberships: We do not give the option to pause memberships however you are able to cancel your membership at any time and repurchase at a later date. Please do not ask for this as an option as we do not wish to offend you by saying no.
Class Passes: 20 class passes are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.10 class passes are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. 5 class passes are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase. Class passes are non-refundable but can be transferred to another person.
MYSORE is not included in any of the memberships or class pass options as it is run by an independent teacher.
HEALTH AND INJURIES
I accept that neither the teacher, nor the Yoga Space London is liable for any injury, or damages, to person, resulting from the taking of a class.
It is the responsibility of the student to inform the teacher of any injuries or changes in health at the start of class. I understand that yoga is not a substitute for medical attention and that I should consult a medical professional prior to beginning any activity programme such as yoga.
If at any time during the class, I feel discomfort or strain, I will come out of the posture and notify the instructor. It is important in yoga that you listen to your body and respect its limits on any given day.
Surgical procedures: It is the responsibility of the student to inform the teacher of any operations or surgical procedures in the past six months. Teachers have the right to refer students back to their GP. If you would like to discuss any health issues prior to starting a yoga practice please contact
Pregnant or post-partum clients: Students who are pregnant or have given birth within the last three months must contact The Yoga Space London before booking a class online so that we can ensure that you are in the right class.
EMAIL NEWSLETTER AND MARKETING COMMUNICATION
If you choose to sign up to our email newsletter via the website or create an account on our booking system Glofox and opt into receiving marketing communications, the email address that you submit to us will be forwarded to MailChimp who provide us with email marketing services. The email address that you submit will not be stored within any of our internal computer systems.
Your email address will remain within MailChimp’s database for as long as we continue to use MailChimp’s services for email marketing or until you request removal from the list which you can do so any time using the unsubscribe links contained in any email newsletter that we send you or by requesting removal via email to
SITE VISITATION TRACKING
We use Google Analytics (GA) to track user interaction. We use this data to determine the number of people accessing our website, to better understand how you find us and to improve your user journey through our website. GA collects a range of data specific to you (i.e. geographical location, device you are using etc) but none of this information personally identifies you to us.
