Andy’s yoga journey started as a way to repair his body after many years as a professional dancer. He became hooked on the physical and mental benefits that yoga brought to his life. He was an obsessed yogi and decided to take this obsession to the next level by training to become a yoga teacher. This opened his eyes to the philosophy, history and anatomy of yoga. Since completing his initial teacher training he has completed various certifications including: Rocket Yoga, Elemental Yoga, Inversion Technique and Mandala Vinyasa. Andy designs his classes to be fun, challenging, uplifting and accessible to all. He encourages yogis to be creative with how they move, so they feel nourished - physically and mentally.
