Claire discovered yoga whilst training as a dancer, and quickly fell in love with the practice. Yoga gave her the opportunity to switch off the perfectionist dancer brain and to become more explorative and playful with her movement. This is something she likes to incorporate within her classes.
Claire teaches creative and fluid sequences, with options to be playful. Her aim is to provide students with a safe space to explore; embracing the wobbles and remembering that practice makes imperfect.
