Emma is a 200 hour certified yoga instructor with over 6 years experience teaching in New York, Houston and London. Her goal as a teacher is to guide and inspire students to listen to their bodies and their breath, being curious about its ever-changing nature and open to all the amazing things the body can do. Specialising in beginners, Emma gives prompts with clarity and encouragement, inspiring her students to take risks within the safety of proper alignment. From a fast paced Vinyasa Flow to a gentle Restorative class, Emma’s soothing voice will quiet your mind, bringing you deeper into the postures with a greater understanding of your mind-body connection.
