We offer disciplined, well-taught practices that support both strength and nervous system regulation, helping you feel strong and grounded, rested and connected.

Yoga + Pilates

Our yoga and Pilates classes focus on building strength, mobility and resilience in a way that feels sustainable and supportive. Classes range from gentle and steady to more dynamic practices, with clear guidance and options offered throughout. This is movement designed to support everyday life helping you move with more ease, stability and awareness.

Breath work + sound baths

Our breathwork sessions are rooted in transformational conscious connected breathwork an active, guided breathing practice designed to support emotional release, insight and nervous system regulation. Sessions vary in intensity and may feel energising, spiritual, emotional or deeply grounding. Sound is often woven in to support the process and integration.
These sessions are immersive and experiential and are booked separately from regular yoga and Pilates classes.
