Pregnancy & Postnatal Yoga in Woolwich

Move, recover and rebuild — with support at every stage

From pregnancy through to postnatal recovery, our classes are designed to support your body, your breath, and everything that comes with this transition.

This is a space for before and after birth.

Our pregnancy and postnatal classes are designed to support you through a time of significant physical and emotional change — with movement that is appropriate, considered and adaptable to where you are.

You might be preparing for birth. You might be rebuilding afterwards. You might simply need space to move, breathe and be around other people going through the same experience.

Wherever you are in that journey, you’re welcome here.

Support for your body, your breath and your baby

A gentle, structured class designed specifically for pregnancy. Each session supports the physical changes of each trimester — including hips, lower back, breathwork and pelvic floor — while also creating space to slow down and connect.

Best for:
Pregnancy from second trimester onwards

Not suitable for:
High-risk pregnancies without medical guidance — please check before attending

    Mum + Baby Yogalates

Gentle movement, real recovery, genuine community

A supportive class blending yoga and Pilates to help rebuild strength after birth, while making space for the reality of new motherhood.

Babies are fully part of the class — feeding, changing and settling are all completely welcome.

    Best for:
From 6 weeks postnatal (12 weeks post-caesarean) until baby is mobile

  • A woman holding a young child close, both smiling and touching foreheads, in black and white.

    Mum + Baby Pilates

Rebuild your body with precision and care

A more structured Pilates-based class focused on core strength, pelvic floor recovery and postural alignment after birth.

Held with the same understanding and flexibility — but with a clearer focus on rebuilding strength.

    Best for:
Those wanting a more Pilates-led recovery approach

These classes are not just about movement.

They are held with an understanding that this is a major transition — physically, emotionally and socially.

There is space to arrive as you are.
There is no pressure to “get back” to anything.
And there is time to connect — before, during and after class.
