Yoga classes in Woolwich

Yoga that meets you where you are

From slow, grounding classes to strong, physically demanding practice — all held in our light-filled riverside studio in Woolwich.

Yoga that works for real bodies

All of our yoga classes take place in the upstairs studio — a light, open space with direct river views and room to properly breathe.

Our timetable spans the full range of practice, from slower, more restorative classes to strong, physically demanding Vinyasa. Whether you’re completely new or have an established practice, there is a class here that will meet you where you are.

We teach in a way that works for real bodies — with clear options, thoughtful sequencing, and space for different experience levels to practise side by side.

If you're not sure where to start, we’ll guide you.

If you're pregnant, we offer dedicated Pregnancy Yoga classes designed specifically to support you — you can find out more on our pregnancy yoga page..

What makes our yoga different?

This is not a studio where you get lost in the room.

We pay attention. We remember names. We notice when something changes — in your body, in your movement, in your energy.

Classes are designed so that you can progress without pressure. You don’t need to “keep up.” You don’t need to get it right. You just need to start.

If you’ve never done yoga before, book Flow + Restore.

You don’t need flexibility. You don’t need experience. You don’t need to know what anything is called.

You just need to show up.

  • Two women practicing yoga in a studio, with one woman assisting the other in a pose that involves bending her back and holding her foot with her hand, while the helper supports her with one hand on her shoulder and the other on her leg. Both women are smiling and appear to be enjoying the activity.

    Vinyasa — All Levels

A full, breath-led practice for every body in the room.

A flowing class that builds gradually — warming, strengthening and opening the body before closing with rest. Every posture is offered with options, so different experience levels can practise together without compromise.

    Best for:
Anyone with a little experience, or those ready to move on from Flow + Restore

    Note:
Confident beginners are welcome, but if you’re unsure, start with Flow + Restore

  • People practicing yoga or stretching on mats in a bright indoor space, viewed from a low angle.

    Flow + Restore

The gentlest place to start — or return.

A slower, more accessible class that blends gentle Vinyasa flow with longer, restorative holds and proper rest. You won’t feel rushed or out of your depth, but you also won’t feel held back.

This is the class we recommend to anyone new to yoga.

    Best for:
Beginners, returning students, anyone wanting a gentler but still meaningful practice

    Not suitable for:
Nobody — this class is accessible to all

  • A group of people participating in a yoga class in a bright room with large windows. One person is in a forward bend, supporting themselves with their hands on the floor and legs over a partner's back. Others are also practicing yoga poses on mats in the background.

    Dynamic Vinyasa

For those who want to be challenged.

A faster-paced, more demanding practice with stronger sequences and more complex transitions. This class assumes a level of familiarity with yoga and body awareness.

    Best for:
People with an established practice who want more intensity

    Not suitable for:
Beginners — please start with Flow + Restore or Vinyasa

  • A man with gray hair and a beard performing a yoga pose, leaning forward with his right arm raised and his left arm supporting his body, indoors with blurry green plants in the background.

    Power Yoga

Strength-focused yoga that will test you.

A physically demanding class designed to build strength, endurance and control. Still grounded in breath and alignment — but expect to work.

    Best for:
Those wanting a strong, fitness-focused yoga practice

    Not suitable for:
Beginners or those with injuries (please check first)

  • A woman performing CPR on a person lying on the floor in a room with large windows and plants, depicted in black and white.

    Yin Yoga

    Stillness as practice.

A slower class working into deeper connective tissues through long, passive holds. This is not about pushing — it’s about allowing time to do the work.

It can be surprisingly challenging in a quiet, internal way.

    Best for:
Anyone who needs to slow down, release tension, or balance a more active lifestyle

    Not suitable for:
Those with specific joint conditions — please check before attending
