The Yoga Space London is a studio designed for practice — not performance.
Upstairs, the space is light-filled with open river views, home to our yoga classes. Downstairs is darker, more contained, and purpose-built for Pilates, strength and our reformer programme. Two very different environments, each shaped around the work that happens there.
The studio itself is simple. You check in, you arrive, you begin. No fuss.
What people notice most, though, is how it feels to be here. This is a place where people are known. Names are remembered. Your movement journey matters — whether it’s your first class or your hundredth.
You don’t need experience to start. You just need to walk through the door.
Our Starter Pack is designed to help you settle into a steady, sustainable practice at The Yoga Space.

Meet Dolores, Founder of The Yoga Space
Hello! I’m Dolores, the founder.
What began as a small room has grown into a calm, welcoming studio overlooking the water — shaped by years of teaching, learning and listening.
My background spans yoga, breathwork, psychotherapy and somatic practice, and everything we offer is informed by a deep respect for the nervous system and how people actually live in their bodies.
This is a space for movement without pressure or performance — where you can build strength, find steadiness, and feel more at home in your body.
